Welcome to finikascruises.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of cruise services operated by Georgia Ship ("Finikas Cruises", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a cruise, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are made through our third-party booking partner, FareHarbor. When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with Georgia Ship for the provision of cruise services. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email.
Please ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate, including passenger names, contact information, and any special requirements.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through FareHarbor and/or Viva Wallet. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
No-shows on the day of the cruise are non-refundable.
If Finikas Cruises cancels a cruise due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, passengers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to an available date at no additional cost.
4. Weather & Cancellations by Operator
The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, or modify any cruise due to adverse weather conditions, sea state, or any other circumstances that may affect passenger safety.
In the event of a cancellation by us, passengers will be notified as early as possible via the contact details provided at the time of booking. A full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The vessel will not wait for late arrivals, and no refund will be issued for missed departures.
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the crew at all times.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Finikas Cruises is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Passengers must behave in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose behaviour endangers the safety or comfort of others, without refund.
- For the Albania cruise, passengers must carry a valid passport or national ID card for the border crossing. Finikas Cruises is not responsible if a passenger is denied entry due to inadequate documentation.
6. Health & Safety
Passengers with medical conditions, disabilities, or reduced mobility should inform us at the time of booking so we can make reasonable accommodations. Pregnant passengers should consult their doctor before booking.
All vessels are equipped with safety equipment and life jackets in compliance with Greek maritime regulations. A safety briefing is provided at the start of each cruise.
7. Children
Children under the age of 4 travel free of charge. Children aged 4-12 may be eligible for a discounted fare as indicated at the time of booking. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
8. Liability
Finikas Cruises (Georgia Ship) is liable for the safe operation of its vessels in accordance with Greek and EU maritime law. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of enjoyment or consequential losses arising from delays, route changes, or cancellations due to weather or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any injury, illness, or loss arising from a passenger's failure to follow crew instructions or safety procedures.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Actions or services provided by third parties, including restaurants, shops, or attractions visited during free time on the islands.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Georgia Ship or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Corfu, Greece.
